For Nicole of Dream Ceremonies presentation is everything and she realised that the website she had put together herself was not portraying the image she wanted. With this in mind, she contacted Turnbull Design.
Bubbly Nicole, marriage celebrant and owner of Dream Ceremonies, loves sharing the dream weddings of her clients when she marries them.
‘It’s a lovely job, everyone is happy and it’s a lovely occasion. At the moment I’m really busy. I’ve already done 54 weddings this year and I also do naming ceremonies and renewing the vows as well. It’s all really nice.’
For Nicole, though, presentation is everything and she realised that the website she had put together herself was not portraying the image she wanted. With this in mind, she contacted Turnbull Design.
“I wanted a website that looked more professional and something that was very striking that would appeal to people. When I got in touch with Aaron of Turnbull Design the only direction I really gave him was that I wanted something that matched my business cards that I had already had done in the blacks and pinks and also the photograph that was already there.”
Nicole was amazed that Aaron could take her few definite needs and come up with such an incredible result.
“That’s all the direction I gave him and he went away and developed a site that was so much more than I had expected. I love the actual look of the site and I’ve had a lot of feedback saying how wonderful it is. I’m very happy.”
And even though Nicole is already very busy providing the ultimate experience for loving couples, she says that the enquiries from her site have increased due to improved SEO which means that her client base is expanding.
“I get lots and lots of enquiries off the website. More than I actually thought would be possible. I get emails from my contact enquiry form on the website and I always ask people how they’ve found me if they call.”

For Nicole, customer service, particularly because of the industry she works in, is paramount.
